How Omba handles data

Last updated 20 September 2026. Omba is operated by Omba (omba.io). Questions: support@omba.io.

What we collect

When you sign in, we store your name, email address and the workspace you belong to. When you use the product, we store the outreach you draft and send, the replies you log, your voice profile recordings and their transcripts, the placement examples you upload, and the actions you take in the app, so the product can do its job and so you can see your own history.

To find the people you ask us to find, we collect publicly available professional information about them, such as their name, job title, company and public posts, and the hiring signals published on job boards. We use it only to decide whether they fit what you sell and to draft the message you send them.

How we use it

To run the service for you: finding and researching prospects, drafting messages in your voice, tracking replies, and showing you your numbers. We use AI models to draft and score; the text goes to those providers to be processed and is not used to train their models under our agreements with them. We do not sell personal data.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our service providers: Airtable, Supabase, Netlify, Clerk (sign-in), n8n, Anthropic (AI drafting), Deepgram (voice transcription) and Google Workspace (email). CV files uploaded for placement examples are deleted seven days after the example is approved; the anonymised example stays.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at support@omba.io. If you are someone we contacted on behalf of a client and would rather not hear from us, reply to the message or email the same address and we will stop.

Sign-in with Google

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google and nothing else. We use them only to sign you in.
